Accredited Counsellor and ANLP Coach

I know you care.

You work with young people because you want to make a difference, but right now it feels like you're being stretched beyond your limits and your comfort zone.

You know the basics about anxiety and anxiety disorders, but it doesn't feel enough.

Many people you support no longer reach the threshold for CAMHS and you’re feeling overwhelmed and wondering whether what you’re doing is really helping.

You have a higher caseload and you feel terrible for turning people away when they’re in need.

You're seeing anxiety presenting itself through panic attacks, school avoidance and emotional overwhelm.

The tools you do have, work occasionally but you get the sense that there are more effective strategies that you could be using.

I get it

I’ve been there, researching for hundreds of hours trying to develop a toolkit that really works which takes time that you don’t have, but there’s a way that you can benefit from my research, and my experience.

My Supporting Young People with Anxiety one-day CPD Accredited workshop will give you evidence based strategies to empower you in your role. So you leave feeling confident and upskilled, and able to offer high-quality support to the young people you work with.

You’ll receive a resource pack, strategy video and post session follow up to help with any implementation.
