I know you care.

You work with young people because you want to make a difference. But right now, it can feel like you’re being stretched beyond your limits and your comfort zone.

You’re supporting neurodivergent young people who are anxious, overwhelmed, struggling to engage or finding school and services hard to attend.

You understand the basics, but it often doesn’t feel like enough. What you’re seeing doesn’t always fit the guidance, and the strategies you’ve been given don’t always work in practice.

I get it

As an Autistic therapist working alongside a neurodivergent team, we struggled to find trauma-responsive training that genuinely met the needs of the neurodivergent young people we were supporting.

In response, we began running co-production sessions with young people and their carers, listening closely to what they told us had and hadn’t worked, and using that learning to develop a programme of support that centres their voices and living experience.

Alongside this, I spent hundreds of hours researching, reflecting and adapting approaches to understand what genuinely helps neurodivergent young people feel safer and more understood.

Our approach is unique, blending art, immersive storytelling and play-based approaches and we are excited ti share this with you.

  • Understanding neurodivergence beyond labels and diagnoses

  • Anxiety, overwhelm and distress in neurodivergent young people

  • The stress response and how it shows up differently for different young people

  • Meltdowns, shutdowns, masking and withdrawal

  • Why behaviour is often a response to unmet needs or perceived threat

  • Sensory processing and environmental stressors

  • Language and approaches that reduce pressure and build safety

  • Low-demand, practical and creative ways of working

  • Supporting young people who experience barriers to school or service attendance

  • Working alongside parents and carers with compassion and curiosity
