Stress Management and mindfulness

 

Life can be stressful and young people can often be uncertain about who to turn to when they start to feel anxious.

 

Our stress management course covers the following:

 

  • Understanding the impact of stress on the body and brain

  • Developing coping strategies to deal with the demands of life

  • Identifying personal triggers

  • Learning stress management techniques

  • Understanding how research is identifying the Mindfulness approach as a way of alleviating anxiety

Mindfulness

 

Our trainers can also offer Mindfulness classes for up to 15 students.
