Parent Courses:

A series of workshops to help you understand and support Self-Harm, Anxiety and Depression.
In our work as mental health trainers we are meeting parents and carers who are struggling to find accessible courses that can help them support the children in their lives.

If your organisation would like to host this training programme please email for details.

Our Self-Harm support workshop will explore what self-harm is, reasons why people self-harm and strategies to help your child.

Our Anxiety workshop will explore the signs of symptoms of anxiety and look at the ways in which you can support your anxious child.

Our Depression workshop will cover the signs and symptoms of depression and will provide you with tools and resources to help your child work their way towards recovery.

Each 3 hour workshop will be practical and will provide you with recommendations, signposting and guides for you to take away.

The workshops are £35 per course (Plus VAT), which includes handouts and refreshments

Course spaces are limited to 12 people per group.
