CPD workshop for professionals and organisations

Supporting your staff and helping them manage the demands of their working life is a key focus for any organisation.

Our stress management workshop offers your staff the opportunity to:

  • Understand the impact of stress on the body and brain

  • Develop coping strategies

  • Identify personal triggers

  • Learn stress management techniques

  • Understand how research is identifying the Mindfulness approach as one way of alleviating anxiety

This course is in house training only.

Our practitioners can also visit your organisation once per week to provide Mindfulness classes to your staff.

Mindfulness is an approach that can help to alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety and can help reduce symptoms of depression.

It involves paying attention to the present moment in a non-judgemental way through focusing on your breathing.

Our practitioners can offer weekly one hour guided meditation sessions for a group of up to 10 people.
